About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our tablet manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for supervising production activities, implementing safety protocols, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience of 3-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in tablet production, is preferred. Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and safety regulations is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to lead and motivate teams, are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in using manufacturing and quality control software will be an added advantage. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Monitor and control production parameters to achieve desired quality and quantity targets.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and GMP standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct investigations into any deviations or issues.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning optimally and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
Support new product launches by ensuring manufacturing readiness and process validation.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to meet production schedules and minimize stockouts.
