Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Robotics and STEM Trainer & Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs in robotics and STEM disciplines. Daily tasks include teaching robotic welding and programming concepts, conducting troubleshooting sessions, performing preventive maintenance of robotic equipment, and evaluating students’ performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure practical and engaging learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Robotics, including hands-on experience with robotic systems
- Expertise in Robotic Welding processes and applications
- Skills in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment and programming issues
- Knowledge and application of Preventive Maintenance protocols for robotics systems
- Ability to develop structured and engaging STEM training modules
- Strong communication and instructional skills to effectively train and mentor participants
- Relevant experience in the robotics or automation industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on training environment
