Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Robotics & AI Trainer who can visit schools, conduct engaging sessions for students, and inspire young minds to build, code, and innovate with technology.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Teaching
- Conduct Robotics, AI, Coding, and STEM sessions for school students (Grade 1–12)
- Deliver hands-on workshops using robotics kits, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, and other lab equipment
- Teach subjects including Scratch, Block Coding, Python, AI & Machine Learning basics, and robot building
- Conduct summer camps, internship programs, and school workshops as assigned
Lab Management
- Set up and manage robotics and AI lab equipment at partner schools
- Ensure all kits, components, and tools are in working condition
- Guide students in lab projects, assignments, and competition preparation
Championship Coaching
- Train students for TechRadiance's National Robotics & Coding Championship and other competitions
- Prepare students for events like Line Follower, Soccer Robot, Mini Humanoid, and Coding Hackathon
Teacher Training Support
- Assist in conducting teacher training sessions on Robotics, AI, and Design & Technology
- Support school lab technicians and coordinators with technical knowledge
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics) or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, robotics kits (Lego, VEX, or similar)
- Knowledge of Python, Scratch, Block Coding, or AI/ML basics
- Comfortable teaching school students aged 6–18 years
- Willingness to travel to schools across assigned regions
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Good to Have
- Prior experience as a STEM / Robotics trainer in schools
- Knowledge of 3D printing, drone programming, and AR/VR tools
- Experience preparing students for national-level robotics competitions
