Role Description

This is a full-time, remote internship for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer. You will design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to optimize workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining RPA scripts, collaborating with teams to analyze processes, troubleshooting automation issues, and delivering functional prototypes. This role provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in automation, problem-solving, and software development in a supportive, innovative environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Robotics, Process Automation, and Software Development principles
  • Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose automated solutions
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams effectively
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying emerging RPA tools and technologies
  • Experience with any RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) is a plus but not required
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
