🔧 Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Robot Programmer with hands-on experience in industrial automation, robot programming, and PLC integration. The candidate will be responsible for programming, commissioning, and optimizing robotic systems in manufacturing environments.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
• Robot programming, commissioning, and cycle time optimization
• Integration with PLC systems (Modbus / Ethernet-IP / Profinet / CC-Link / CC-Link IE)
• Robot-PLC communication, handshaking, and interlocks
• TCP creation, calibration, and payload setup
• Implementation of collision avoidance (cubic interference / zone monitoring)
• Development of auto homing and safe recovery sequences
• Integration with vision systems and external devices
• On-site troubleshooting and commissioning support
🛠️ Required Skills:
• Experience with ABB / KUKA / FANUC / Yaskawa robots
• Strong knowledge of robot kinematics and coordinate systems
• Hands-on experience with PLC integration and industrial communication
• Understanding of safety circuits and interlocks
• Ability to handle real-time troubleshooting in production environments
➕ Good to Have:
• Experience with vision systems (Keyence / Cognex / Hikrobot)
• Knowledge of safety PLCs and industrial standards
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing automation
