Robot Operator (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your daily routine — cooking breakfast, tidying up, moving through your home — could help shape the future of robotics? We're looking for Robot Operators to capture real-world video footage of everyday human tasks, creating the training data that teaches next-generation AI robots how to understand and navigate the physical world.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to virtually anyone. No technical background, no robotics experience, no special skills required — just a camera, a space to record, and a willingness to follow simple guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Record yourself performing common everyday tasks — cooking, cleaning, organizing, navigating spaces, and more
- Follow clear, step-by-step guides on what to capture and how to frame your footage
- Capture well-lit, clear video sequences that accurately document task flows and environments
- Submit completed recordings alongside brief task descriptions
- Participate in recurring recording sessions as new tasks are assigned
Who You Are
- Have access to a smartphone or video camera
- Have a home or workspace where you can comfortably record
- Comfortable appearing on camera performing ordinary, everyday activities
- Able to follow simple recording guidelines consistently and carefully
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical, robotics, or AI experience required — seriously, none
Nice to Have
- Experience with basic video recording or content creation
- A varied home environment with multiple types of spaces (kitchen, living area, etc.)
- Comfortable adapting to different task types across recording sessions
