People Science Associate

As a People Science Associate at Roblox, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and driving data-driven people decisions. You will collaborate closely with the People Science team to conduct analyses, develop dashboards and reports, and implement projects that empower the People, Places, and Systems team to make informed decisions. Your work will span across various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and more.
