About the role
Description
What You’ll Do:
- Branch Equipment Oversight and Maintenance
- Monitor and manage service contracts for branch equipment, including drive-thru equipment, TCRs, money orders, and currency counters.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors to minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment and ensure optimal functioning at all times.
- Oversee receiving, tracking, relocation, and disposal of equipment across branch locations.
- Serve as the liaison between branches and vendors for all equipment-related needs, including branch openings, renovations, and closures.
- Coordinate scheduling, service requests, installations, removals, and vendor communications, including quotes, billing, and contract support.
- Deposit Product and Service Support
- Assist in researching, developing, and monitoring new deposit products and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product features and support align with member needs and regulatory standards.
- Support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and member satisfaction.
- Quality Control & Compliance
- Perform routine audits of account setup and maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Work with branch staff to address and resolve account discrepancies.
- Conduct branch visits to review audit logs and monitor cash-in-transit processes for compliance.
- Serve as administrator for system application logs (e.g., AllClear), ensuring accuracy and timely review.
- Ensure compliance with state escheatment requirements related to abandoned property, including Safe Deposit Box contents.
- Safe Deposit Box Program Support
- Administer the Safe Deposit Box program, including monitoring delinquency, managing collection efforts, and issuing required member notifications.
- Coordinate drilling of Safe Deposit Boxes, including vendor scheduling, oversight, and proper documentation.
- Ensure secure handling, tracking, and inventory of contents removed from Safe Deposit Boxes.
- Projects & Branch Support
- Support the opening of new branches, including coordination of equipment installation and vendor scheduling.
- Support branch closures, including equipment removal, tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct branch visits to provide guidance and training on equipment usage, operational processes, and compliance expectations.
- Additional Functions
- Assist with other Support Operations functions as outlined by management.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Job Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ progressive experience in retail banking, particularly in operations and compliance
- Preferred Education, Certifications & Experience:
- BS/BA degree in a Business-related discipline (Accounting, Finance, Management, or HR) or 5 years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and Job Performance Requirements:
- Provide exceptional member service to all internal, external, and potential members while meeting the service level standards of the department
- computer (data entry, Word, Excel, etc), communication (written and oral), organization, and time management
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities – able to break down the problem into smaller components, identify and understand underlying issues, simplify complex issues, and understands the difference between critical details and unimportant facts
- Occasional travel to branch locations may be required
