Description
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and Define: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Execute and Deliver: Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met within the defined timeline, budget, and scope.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate Meetings: Lead project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and post-project reviews.
- Monitor and Report: Continuously track project progress, risks, and issues, providing timely reports to stakeholders.
- Vendor Liaison: Serve as the main contact between project teams and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth communication and task completion.
- Change Management: Implement change-management processes as needed to adapt to project demands.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Oversee solution testing and troubleshoot issues, leveraging project teams and resources as necessary.
- Budget Management: Control project budgets, ensuring costs are managed and value is maximized.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future projects.
- Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and appropriately archived.
- Coaching and Development: Mentor and support project team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements
What You Need To Succeed:
- Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance, business or related area OR Project management certification required (CompTIA Project+, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PMP)
- Minimum of five years’ experience managing cross-functional project teams, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Proficient in project management lifecycle and tools.
- Proven track record in successful project execution.
- Familiarity with financial products and services (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.
