About the role

Working on a variety of campaigns, you will reach out to prospective clients, dealing with Directors and Finance Managers, with the aim of booking an appointment for one of our team of surveyors to discuss a potential savings opportunity. This is a new business role, but we only target opportunities with significant financial benefits, and you will have all the data you need to back this up. You won't be micromanaged, but you need to make an average of 50 calls per day. What matters though is what you say and how you say it. We don't have a script, although of course you will receive full training. We want you to have a conversation with potential clients, to explain the benefits of what we do and how we do it and start to build a trusted relationship.

Our surveyors have extensive knowledge and experience, and we are the retained rating and commercial property experts for Place North West so it's fair to say we know what we're doing. Our ethos is that we provide expert advice, backed up by traditional values and innovative technology. Covering the whole country, we have recently opened a second office in the Midlands which is one of the reasons we are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our Sales Team.
