Summary: 

• Assist QC Chemist/Technician in day-to-day analysis of raw materials

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Position Requirements: Onsite – 40 hours/week, Piscataway, NJ

Preferred Major: Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry

Internship Goals:

• Introduction to or increased proficiency in lab instrumentation via training.
• Conducting laboratory chemical inventory.
• Providing sensory descriptors to raw material specifications
