We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about numbers and thrives in a dynamic, family-oriented environment.</div><div> <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.</li> <li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.</li> <li>Cash Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure optimized cash flow and vendor relationships .</li> <li>Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial discrepancies.</li> <li>File sales & use tax returns, compliance reports, and maintain Out-of-State DTC Permits.</li> <li>Responsible for capturing and calculating the processing cost from harvesting of grapes to finished case goods.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.</li> <li>Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.</li> <li>Support the year-end audit process and tax preparation.</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li> <li>2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.</li> <li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.</li> <li>Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.</li> <li>CPA certification is a plus but not required.</li> </ul><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>Mama Rosa's Trattoria has been serving the Temecula community for over 15 years, offering authentic Italian cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
