</div><div>As a <strong>Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member</strong>, you’ll combine sales expertise with empathy. You’ll meet with customers, understand their needs, recommend the right life and health insurance solutions, and stay involved after the policy is in place—especially when customers need help most.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Build relationships</strong> with new and existing customers—listening first, recommending second</li>
<li>
<strong>Conduct needs analysis</strong> to identify the best life and health insurance options for each customer’s situation</li>
<li>
<strong>Explain coverage clearly</strong>, including benefits, exclusions, and what to expect—so customers feel confident</li>
<li>
<strong>Support policyholders beyond the sale</strong>, including help with:<ul>
<li>claims</li>
<li>policy updates and changes</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Stay current</strong> on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products</li>
<li>
<strong>Maintain accurate records</strong> and use agency software effectively</li>
<li>
<strong>Ensure compliance</strong> with state and federal requirements at all times</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Active state license</strong> for life and health insurance</li>
<li>Strong <strong>communication and interpersonal skills</strong>—you can connect with people and earn trust</li>
<li>Ability to <strong>break down complex insurance topics</strong> in a way that’s easy to understand</li>
<li>
<strong>Sales experience</strong> is preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not the only path—if you’ve helped customers solve problems, that counts)</li>
<li>
<strong>Detail-oriented</strong> and organized, with a strong ability to manage your book of business</li>
<li>Proven capability to <strong>build and maintain ongoing customer relationships</strong>
</li>
<li>Comfort working with <strong>insurance agency software</strong>
</li>
