Valid driver’s license, 1–3 years traffic control (≈2000 field hours), pass background/driver record check and drug/DOT testing, lift up to 70 lbs, complete ATSSA TCT intermediate, travel statewide with occasional overnights, available nights/weekends and rotating on-call.
