Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Mangalore. As a Road Safety Educator, you will be responsible for conducting workshops and awareness sessions on road safety practices for diverse audiences, including schools, communities, and corporate entities. Key responsibilities also include developing effective lesson plans, delivering tailored training, engaging participants with interactive communication techniques, and collaborating with team members to adapt programs for diverse needs. You will play a pivotal role in promoting road safety and enhancing community awareness through structured and impactful educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and creating structured educational content
- Experience in Education, Teaching, or Training roles
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various audiences
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Experience in public education, community engagement, or road safety is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or relevant field preferred
- Fluency in English and local languages will be advantageous
