Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Road Corridor Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The Road Corridor Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of road infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient operations. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance plans, managing projects, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires monitoring project performance, handling negotiations, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in road corridor management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Road Management and a deep understanding of related processes
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Project Management and Negotiation abilities to coordinate teams and secure favorable outcomes
- Background in Civil Engineering with technical expertise in infrastructure projects
- Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of state and national road regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
1. Min 8-10 years experience in maintenance of highway patrolling , ambulance , and monitoring of staff at toll plaza
2. Experience in NHAI Project , Expressway must be required.
3. Co ordination for all technical requirement at site candidate .
4. Desired candidate profile - B.tech/M tech
5. To maintain as per need communication with all patrolling & incident team.
6. Maintenance activity is also seen on routine basis ie, MCW cleaning , ROW & Drain cleaning , structure cleaning and cleaning , patch repairing and cleaning & horticulture activity etc.
7. Knowledge of maintain the record of assests management of highway .
Salary-35k to 45 k Per Month
Location- Rajasthan, Delhi and UP
