Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals that address client needs and differentiate from competitors.
Develop bidding strategies that align withcompany goals.
Oversee the bidprocess, ensuring collaboration across departments.
Client Interaction: Engagewith clients to clarify requirements and present proposals.
Preparation of bid responses in the clientdefined templates
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor, the bid team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Feedback Analysis: Review unsuccessful bids, gather insights, and implement improvements for future bids.
Preparation ofcost sheet and cash flows as per client RFP and getting the approval from BU and Finance before proposalsubmission
Attend pre-bid meetings along with sales team to prepare responsive EOIs and proposals.
