Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO), based in Navi Mumbai. The RMO will be responsible for patient assessments, monitoring clinical conditions, overseeing patient care plans, and collaborating closely with medical teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The role also involves providing immediate medical attention during emergencies, maintaining accurate medical records, and liaising with patients and their families to communicate treatment plans and progress.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and medical care coordination
- Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate patient records
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and provide effective treatment
- Exceptional communication skills for patient and family interaction
- Dedication to adherence to medical protocols, ethical guidelines, and patient safety standards
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution; valid registration with the Medical Council of India
- Prior experience as an RMO is an advantage
