RMIT Vice-Chancellor's Research Fellowship: Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to RMIT's research and innovation agenda with a focus on areas that align with RMIT's research strengths and priorities. - Demonstrate research excellence and leadership by developing a high-quality, internationally competitive and impactful research program. - Attract competitive external research funding. - Publish in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals and conferences. - Engage with industry and community partners to enhance the impact of your research. - Contribute to the supervision of higher degree by research students. - Actively participate in the broader academic and professional community. Key Requirements: - Outstanding track record of research excellence and productivity, demonstrated through high-quality publications, competitive research funding, and other indicators of research impact, commensurate with career stage. - Demonstrated potential to build and lead a successful, high-quality research program. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders. - Commitment to research training and supervision of higher degree by research students. - Alignment with RMIT's research strengths and priorities.
