Requires 6+ years leadership/instructor experience in formal training (or 4 years with degree), 3+ years technical curriculum experience, 4+ years as Navy NEC 805A instructor, active Secret clearance, MTS certification, 6+ years curriculum management, 5+ years OPNAVINST experience, 5+ years logistics/maintenance support, English fluency, ability to obtain MS Security Guard Gun Permit and CDL Class A, and Level 1 fitness.
