Role: RMG Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years (preferred in IT/Consulting staffing)
Role OverviewThe RMG Executive is responsible for managing resource allocation, tracking project staffing requirements, and ensuring optimal utilization of employees across projects. The role involves close coordination with delivery managers, recruiters, and business stakeholders to align resource supply with project demand.
Key Responsibilities- Manage resource allocation and deployment across projects based on business requirements.
- Track resource utilization, availability, and bench management to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with delivery managers and project managers to understand upcoming staffing needs.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to fill open project requirements.
- Maintain and update RMG trackers, resource dashboards, and reporting metrics.
- Monitor project ramp-ups, roll-offs, and transitions of resources.
- Ensure proper skills mapping and workforce planning.
- Prepare weekly/monthly utilization and capacity reports for leadership.
- Assist in resource planning, forecasting, and workforce strategy.
Required Skills- Good understanding of IT project staffing and resource planning.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (delivery, HR, recruitment).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with resource management tools or ATS is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Experience in IT services/consulting companies handling resource allocation.
