🚧 Hiring: Sales & Recovery Executives – RMC Division | Nagpur
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Division in Nagpur. If you have experience in construction materials sales and a strong focus on payment recovery, we would love to connect with you!
🔹 Position 1: Senior Executive – Sales & Recovery
Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹25,000 + Incentives (Recovery-based incentives)
🎓 Education & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing / Civil Engineering background preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Sales (preferably in RMC, construction materials, or related industries)
- Proven track record in client acquisition, delivery coordination, and payment recovery
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for RMC business
- Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors & developers
- Coordinate with plant/operations teams for timely deliveries
- Ensure proper documentation of orders, invoices & collections
- Drive outstanding payment recovery and ensure timely collections
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales and recovery targets
- Prepare performance and recovery reports
- Mentor and guide junior executives
✅ Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation & client management skills
- In-depth knowledge of RMC/construction materials industry
- Leadership mindset with target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
🔹 Position 2: Junior Executive – Sales & Recovery
Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹15,000 + Incentives (Recovery-based incentives)
🎓 Education & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing / Graduate (Civil background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales (RMC/construction industry preferred)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in client acquisition and order coordination
- Maintain relationships with contractors and site engineers
- Assist in documentation and invoicing
- Follow up for payment collections
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets
✅ Skills Required:
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude
- Working knowledge of MS Office
