Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for RM/JRM, located in Bihar. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, identifying and addressing their needs, and promoting the adoption of Pay1 services. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding and training merchants on Pay1’s offerings, meeting sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving merchant issues, and reporting progress and feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Merchant Relationship Management, Client Servicing, and Customer Relationship Building
- Expertise in Sales, Promotions, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Problem-Solving abilities and Adaptability in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in using digital tools and devices for reporting and training
- Understanding of the unorganized retail sector and local market dynamics in India
- Previous experience in retail, finance, or fintech industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
