🚨 URGENT HIRING – Relationship Manager (Financial Sales Role) 🚨
We are hiring target-driven Sales & Marketing professionals from Insurance, Broking, Mutual Fund AMC, NBFC or Banking Sales background for Relationship Manager roles in Pune & Mumbai.
This is a core revenue-generating role focused on client acquisition and financial product sales.
🔹 Role: Relationship Manager – Financial Sales
📍 Location: Pune & Mumbai
💰 CTC: ₹3–6 LPA (Fixed + Performance Based)
🧑💼 Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Financial Sales

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new clients and generate revenue through financial product sales
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI & retail clients
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, investment products
• Conduct client meetings, follow-ups & conversions
• Ensure proper onboarding and documentation
• Provide basic investment guidance aligned with company offerings

✔ Experience in financial product selling
✔ Strong client acquisition skills
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation ability
