Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site RM Chat Process role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves providing excellent customer service and support through active engagement in resolving customer queries via chat. The responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, improving and optimizing business processes, and maintaining effective communication. Additionally, the role may require training and guiding users and team members on best practices and solutions. The individual will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify areas for Business Process Improvement
- 0.6–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Chat Support / Relationship Management.
- Good Communication and Understanding in English and Hindi is Mandatory.
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel with strong knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
- Excellent Written communication and Typing skills
- Excellent Communication and customer interaction skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to handle real-time customer queries via chat
- Experience in Training and coaching team members or end-users
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Previous experience in software or community management solutions is an advantage
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field
