Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Broking) role located in Indore. The role involves managing client relationships, assisting clients with their trading and investment needs, and providing financial advice tailored to their goals. The RM will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients, and managing their portfolios to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients in starting their trading journey.
- Execute trades accurately after client confirmation.
- Generate revenue through cross-selling (Mutual Funds & other products).
- Educate clients about trading products and services.
- Maintain regular communication to resolve queries and build strong relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and consistent trading activity.
- Provide product demonstrations and monitor client feedback.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets (Equity, Derivatives, etc.).
- Good trading platform proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with ability to adapt to market changes.
