<br><strong>The Schedule:</strong> We are currently hiring for <strong>12-hour daily shifts (3-4 days a week)</strong>. This is perfect for those who want a consistent, stable routine in a beautiful residential setting rather than traveling between multiple client homes.<br><br>What You Will Be Doing<br><br>

<strong>Provide Personalized Daily Support:</strong> Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity are always a priority.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Create Sensory-Friendly Environments:</strong> Implement routines that support individuals with unique sensory processing needs, ensuring a calm and structured living space.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Behavioral & Emotional Support:</strong> Use patient, positive redirection, and communication techniques to support residents through various behavioral challenges and emotional regulation.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Meal Preparation & Nutrition:</strong> Prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to specific dietary requirements or textures, assisting with feeding as needed.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Light Housekeeping & Organization:</strong> Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment to reduce overstimulation and ensure safety.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Community & Companionship:</strong> Foster a supportive atmosphere through engaging activities, errands, and social interaction that honors each resident’s unique personality. Driving the residents in a company-provided vehicle to community events and doctor's appointments<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Health Advocacy:</strong> Provide vital medication reminders and closely monitor health or behavioral changes to ensure the highest quality of care.</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Heart for Service:</strong> Compassionate, respectful, and ethical.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Experience:</strong> Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA residential experience is a plus. <br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Skills:</strong> Basic cooking and housekeeping knowledge.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Essentials:</strong> Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred (but we can help you get it!).<br><br>
