What You'll Do
- Run consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and present the firm's legal solutions clearly and confidently
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients by building trust and communicating value
- Collect detailed client information through active listening and targeted questions
- Collaborate with attorneys and senior consultants to ensure accurate case guidance
- Guide clients through contract signing and initial payment collection
- Maintain organized records and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish — written and verbal (required)
- 6+ months of experience in sales, client intake, or a consultative role
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex information for clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Immigration or legal experience is a plus, but not required
