🚀 We’re Hiring: Risk & Compliance
đź“Ť Location: Chennai
We are seeking an experienced professional in Risk & Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization’s risk management and compliance framework in line with UK regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks across operational, financial, and regulatory areas
- Ensure adherence to UK regulatory requirements (including FCA guidelines)
- Manage compliance monitoring programs and support audit activities
- Maintain risk registers, KRIs, and mitigation plans
- Strengthen governance frameworks and support board-level reporting
- Collaborate with business, legal, audit, and senior leadership stakeholders
- Foster a strong risk-aware culture across the organization
- Lead and mentor a team of risk and compliance professionals
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit
- Strong experience within Financial Services / BFSI domain
- Mandatory experience in UK Life & Pensions domain
- Hands-on expertise with ERM frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, etc.)
- Good understanding of UK regulatory landscape (FCA preferred)
- Proven experience in risk assessment, governance, and compliance reporting
- Ability to drive risk transformation or change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
