As a Risk & Reg - TM Investigator - Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients, offering guidance on compliance strategies and helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to your team. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. You are expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

Responsibilities
- Conducting transaction monitoring and analysis to identify potential financial crimes and compliance risks
- Implementing compliance frameworks and standards to support regulatory adherence
- Collaborating with team members to develop and maintain compliance programs and strategies
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to discern patterns and inform compliance decisions
- Engaging in compliance auditing and reporting to validate adherence to regulatory requirements
- Supporting the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives
- Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports and documentation for client engagements
- Applying knowledge of anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance to enhance client support
- Participating in risk analysis and governance activities to strengthen internal controls
- Contributing to the maintenance of regulatory compliance programs and processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
