As a Risk & Reg - TM Investigator - Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Conducting transaction monitoring and analysis to identify potential financial crimes and compliance risks
- Implementing compliance frameworks and standards to support regulatory adherence
- Collaborating with team members to develop and enhance compliance strategies for clients
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to discern patterns and inform compliance decisions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance requirements
- Supporting the development and delivery of compliance training programs
- Engaging in compliance auditing and reporting to validate adherence to regulatory standards
- Assisting in the preparation of regulatory compliance program maintenance and reporting
- Applying cybersecurity risk management principles to protect client data and privacy
- Participating in the review and enhancement of governance risk compliance processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
