About The Role
You will act as the quality gatekeeper for KYC decisions.
This is a high-bar role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge decisions constructively.
What You’ll Do
- QC review of KYC/CDD/EDD cases
- Identify reasoning gaps, not just documentation errors
- Provide structured feedback to analysts
- Track QA trends and root causes
- Support training and calibration
- Act as SME for complex cases
Must-Haves
- 5+ years KYC experience (1–2 years QC)
- Strong AML regulatory knowledge
- Ability to evaluate decision quality, not just process adherence
- Strong communication + coaching ability
