Job Title: Trading Operations Executive – RMS & Back Office - Onsite role
Guru99 is looking for a person to support daily RMS monitoring and back office operations for its family office trading activities. The role will involve coordination with traders, brokers, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth trading operations, accurate reconciliation, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily trading activity across multiple brokers and track positions, margins, and risk alerts.
- Coordinate with traders, brokers, and custodian for trade confirmation, settlements, and issue resolution.
- Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, ledger balances, and broker reports.
- Track margin shortfalls, RMS rejections, broker issues, and escalate exceptions on time.
- Verify contract notes, charges, taxes, and settlement entries for accuracy.
- Prepare daily MIS and operational reports on positions, P&L, margin usage, and pending issues.
- Maintain proper records of trade activity, reports, and operational documentation.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in trading operations, back office, RMS, or broker support roles.
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement, and broker coordination.
- Comfortable with Excel and daily reporting.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with multiple stakeholders and fast-moving trading data.
