Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of IRM solutions for APAC operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to drive high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow IRM applications
- Customize IRM Workspaces for risk managers, compliance officers, and auditors to enhance user experience
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and Flow Designer processes
- Configure IRM components including entities, profiles, indicators, scoring models, control attestations, and risk assessments
- Build advanced reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including solution design and architecture
- Lead and manage the team, ensuring both technical excellence and professional growth
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality delivery standards
- Handle update sets, version control, and deployment across multiple environments
