Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review potential conflicts produced during automatic searches within Baker Tilly’s Intapp database:
- Mark obvious false-positive results as “no issue.”
- Analyze data available including client name, address and type of business to identify likely matches for review by conflicts analyst.
- Alert conflicts analysts to potential data integrity issues such as misspellings, missing information or misrepresented information.
- Assist with bulk conflict and independence checks related to firm acquisitions, class action matters, etc.
- Link parties to Dunn & Bradstreet accounts within Intapp or other related Baker Tilly parties. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in capability center or start up environment preferred
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, along with effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information to provide logical conclusions.
- Willingness to adapt to a new and evolving client acceptance process.
- Strong attention to detail with data analysis and interpretation abilities
- Deep analytical and investigative skills. Adaptability and flexibility to work in US shifts
- Proficiency in MS Office. Basic knowledge of SQL
