Role Overview
We are looking to hire a finance professional who will be responsible for overseeing the PB Pay vertical from a finance and compliance standpoint. The role will primarily focus on audit, process adherence, and ensuring that all financial activities are carried out in line with established SOPs and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
-Monitor and review escrow account transactions and financial processes related to the PB Pay vertical.
-Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with defined SOPs, financial controls, and compliance standards.
-Conduct periodic internal audits and checks to identify gaps or deviations from established processes.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and process discipline.
-Identify potential risk areas and recommend process improvements.
-Maintain documentation and reports related to audit findings, compliance checks, and financial reviews.
-Support the finance leadership team with process governance and control mechanisms.
Candidate Profile
-3 to 6 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Internal Controls.
-Experience in audit, compliance monitoring, or process review roles is preferred.
-Strong understanding of financial processes, SOP adherence, and risk controls.
-High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
-Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across teams.
Preferred Background
-Experience in Fintech / Payments / Financial Services / Audit firms will be an added advantage.
-CA (Inter) / MBA Finance or similar relevant qualification.
