Now, with more clients, we need more CNAs to care for them. We have a variety of shifts; our minimum is 4hrs and we have shifts as long as 12hrs.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br> </div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Deliver hands‑on support:</strong> assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Promote mobility & strength:</strong> help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Monitor health:</strong> check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Provide medication cues:</strong> remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Support daily life:</strong> for clients living at home, sometimes prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Advocate for safety:</strong> follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Bring</strong><br> </div><ul>
<li>Your active Florida <strong>CNA license/Certificate.</strong>
</li>
<li>Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—employer‑paid).</li>
<li>Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car registration and insurance card.</li>
<li>Negative TB Skin Test within last 6months</li>
<li>PLUS if you have HIV/AIDS, ADRD Certificates</li>
<li>Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.</li>
