<li>Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage the project schedule and resolve any issues that may arise.</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.</li>
<li>Facilitate effective communication among team members and clients.</li>
<li>Implement best practices for efficient resource management and cost control.</li>

<li>5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>OSHA certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>
