About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our internal processes and systems align with industry-standard security and compliance frameworks, with a strong emphasis on HiTrust.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in implementing and maintaining HiTrust certification and related compliance processes
2. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
3. Work closely with security, engineering, and legal teams to ensure ongoing compliance
4. Maintain documentation and ensure up-to-date records of controls, procedures, and evidence
5. Support external audit processes and liaise with auditors as needed
6. Educate teams on compliance requirements and best practices

Requirements

1. Proven experience with HiTrust certification processes
2. Understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plus
3. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Security, Risk Management, etc.)
