Startup Partnerships Manager

About The Role Rippling has a long history of serving tech companies as well as non-tech companies, but our roots are really in serving the startup ecosystem. We're looking for an experienced Startup Partnerships Manager to own and drive our startup partnership strategy. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading accelerators, VCs, and other startup ecosystem players to drive adoption of Rippling across the startup community. What You'll Do: - Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with key startup ecosystem players (accelerators, VCs, startup founders, etc.) - Develop and execute on a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive Rippling adoption within the startup community - Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure that both Rippling and our partners are set up for success - Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to support partner initiatives and co-marketing efforts - Serve as the primary point of contact for our startup partners and advocates for their needs within Rippling - Analyze partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve our strategy What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience in a business development, partner management, or customer success role, ideally in the startup ecosystem - Proven track record of building and managing successful strategic partnerships - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive business impact - Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Background or interest in HR technology or the broader SMB SaaS ecosystem is a plus
