About the role

About the role Implementation is an essential differentiator for Rippling. As an Implementation Manager, you will work with our customers to ensure a delightful onboarding experience and drive successful long-term adoption of our platform. You will be the primary point of contact for your customers, owning the overall relationship and ensuring a smooth rollout. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams to advocate for our customers and drive continuous improvement of our processes and platform. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end implementation process for your customers, including project planning, data migration, system configuration, training, and go-live - Become an expert in Rippling's products and functionality to effectively guide customers through onboarding - Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to prioritize and resolve customer issues - Identify and escalate risks, issues, and concerns to ensure successful outcomes - Provide feedback to influence product roadmap and improve implementation processes - Maintain detailed records and reporting on project status and outcomes
