About the role
Oversee our Partner Operations team, which is responsible for managing the entire partner lifecycle - from onboarding and training, to day-to-day account management, to strategic partnership development.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on the vision and strategy for Rippling's partner program
- Manage the Partner Operations team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Own the partner onboarding and training process, ensuring a seamless experience for new partners
- Serve as the point of contact for our largest and most strategic partners, working cross-functionally to drive mutual growth
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new ones
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, and implement improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to align on partner program priorities and execution
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a partner management or operations role, ideally at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience with CRM systems and partner management tools
- Passion for developing and executing on partner strategy to drive business growth
