Join the HRIS Country Expansion and Configurability team, where you'll tackle fascinating challenges related to sustainable growth in diverse international markets. Create innovative products from the ground up and experience exponential scaling, from 0->1 launch to widespread adoption. Translate high-level business requirements into a software design; communicate the designs to the other developers in the team. Review and share feedback on code, features, technology, architecture, and designs. Drive the standards around code quality and testing across your product. Provide mentorship junior engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy. Have exposure to business and technical leadership to strategize what can improve our revenue and our ability to scale rapidly.
