Creative Supervisor / Director – Vertical Micro Drama

We're looking for a seasoned creative brain who can ensure that every episode—whether made in-house or by vendors—matches our tone, storytelling DNA, and binge-worthiness. You will act as the final creative filter, shaping casting, scripts, and the look & feel of the content before it goes live. Key Responsibilities: Approve casting, location options, and initial shoot planning Review scripts and ensure character arcs and episode pacing are tight and aligned with series tone Supervise shooting breakdowns and guide production teams on visual tone, staging, and flow Evaluate rough cuts and final edits to ensure alignment with platform strategy Provide structured feedback to vendors and internal teams to maintain content consistency Act as a brand custodian across all creative touchpoints—emotion, rhythm, storytelling You Should Have: Strong portfolio in web series, short-format storytelling, or branded fiction Proven ability to guide and align multiple production teams under a unified vision Eye for performance, tone, and pacing specific to mobile-first, vertical formats Experience managing feedback loops with scriptwriters, editors, and directors A taste for bold creative choices that drive retention and audience connection Bonus Points: Prior experience directing short episodic series or digital fiction Understanding of content trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and OTT
