We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.</div><div> <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Assist lead installer in installing HVAC systems in residential settings.</li> <li>Help with the setup and removal of heating and cooling equipment.</li> <li>Ensure job sites are clean and organized before, during, and after installations.</li> <li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.</li> <li>Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC issues under supervision.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.</li> <li>Participate in training sessions to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills.</li> <li>Support inventory management by assisting with the organization of tools and materials.</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC is a plus.</li> <li>Previous experience in a related field is preferred but not required.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li> <li>Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.</li> <li>Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools is a plus.</li> <li>Must pass a background check and drug screening.</li> </ul><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>RIGHT GUYS HEATING & AIR has been serving the Fort Mill, SC area providing top-notch HVAC solutions to our valued customers.
