</div><div>What You’ll Do</div><div>- Respond to inbound inquiries quickly (goal: within 1 hour during business hours)</div><div>- Conduct discovery calls to understand needs, urgency, and fit</div><div>- Convert leads into scheduled in-home consultations (Living Room Visits)</div><div>- Manage a high-volume pipeline (200–300 active leads/month) in Zoho CRM</div><div>- Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email</div><div>- Maintain detailed notes and next steps for every lead</div><div>- Support outside sales reps and broader sales efforts as needed</div><div>- Ensure smooth handoff to care and operations teams<br><br>
</div><div> What Success Looks Like</div><div>- Strong conversion of inquiries into scheduled consultations</div><div>- Consistent, disciplined follow-up across all leads</div><div>- Accurate and organized CRM pipeline management</div><div>- Ability to handle a high volume of conversations daily</div><div>- Fully ramped within 90 days<br><br>
</div><div>What We’re Looking For</div><div>- 2–4 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience</div><div>- Proven ability to manage and convert inbound leads</div><div>- Strong communication skills—empathetic, confident, and persuasive</div><div>- Highly organized with strong attention to detail</div><div>- Persistent and follow-up driven</div><div>- CRM experience (Zoho preferred)</div><div><br></div><div>Compensation & Schedule</div><div>- Base salary: $40,000 – $50,000</div><div>- Bonus tied to completed consultations</div><div>- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, some follow up on the evenings & weekends</div>
