<strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br> Provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps clients stay safe and independent at home:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation </li>
<li> Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility support) </li>
<li> Support with daily routines and medication reminders </li>
<li> Communicate changes in client condition with the care team </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Earn more with advanced caregiving skills</strong><br> We offer <strong>higher pay rates</strong> for caregivers with experience in:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Memory care (Alzheimer’s or dementia) </li>
<li> Parkinson’s care </li>
<li> Bed-bound care (including in-bed bathing and repositioning) </li>
<li> Safe transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt, bed-to-chair) </li>
<li> Hands-on bathing and mobility assistance </li>

<strong>What you need:<br></strong><br>

<li> At least 6 months of caregiving experience </li>
<li> Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation </li>
<li> Ability to pass background checks and screenings </li>
</ul><div><em>No CNA or HHA certification required — but higher pay is available for licensed and experienced caregivers.<br></em></div>
