We are seeking a highly capable
and self-driven Lead Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to become a key member of
our growing recruitment delivery team based out of our J P Nagar, Bangalore
office. In this role, you will independently own end-to-end hiring mandates,
manage client SPOC relationships, drive multi-channel sourcing, conduct
second-level interviews, and ensure quality candidate closures. You will also
be responsible for maintaining recruitment data integrity and generating
actionable MIS reports. Prior domestic staffing experience is a non-negotiable
requirement for this position.
1. Client Understanding & SPOC Coordination
◆ Act as the single point of
contact (SPOC) for assigned clients across all active hiring mandates.
◆ Invest time to understand
client business, work culture, team structure, and role nuances before
initiating sourcing.
◆ Participate in JD
walk-through calls and translate client requirements into precise sourcing
briefs.
◆ Provide regular pipeline
updates, submission trackers, and hiring status to client stakeholders.
◆ Proactively manage client
expectations and resolve escalations around timelines or profile quality.
2. Profile Evaluation Against JD
◆ Perform deep analysis of
job descriptions to identify must-have vs. good-to-have skills, experience
bands, and cultural parameters.
◆ Screen and evaluate resumes
rigorously to ensure 100% JD fitment before shortlisting for client submission.
◆ Conduct structured
telephonic or video pre-screens to validate technical competency,
communication, and role intent.
◆ Benchmark profiles against
compensation bands, notice period, and relocation feasibility before
submission.
3. Multi-Channel Sourcing
◆ Drive sourcing through a
wide mix of channels: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Shine, Monster,
IIMJobs, Hirist, and Apna.
◆ Apply advanced Boolean and
X-Ray search techniques for passive and hard-to-find profiles.
◆ Engage in targeted
headhunting, talent mapping, and cold outreach for niche and senior mandates.
◆ Leverage internal
databases, referral networks, and alumni pools to maximise reach.
◆ Continuously explore and
adopt emerging sourcing platforms, communities, and tools.
4. Second-Level Interviews
◆ Conduct structured
second-level interviews to validate candidate fitment beyond the resume.
◆ Assess competencies
including domain knowledge, problem-solving ability, communication, and
cultural alignment.
◆ Provide detailed candidate
evaluation summaries to clients or internal hiring managers post interview.
◆ Maintain consistent quality
benchmarks across all interview assessments.
5. Interview Coordination
◆ Schedule and coordinate all
interview rounds — telephonic, video, and in-person — with precision and
minimal delays.
◆ Send timely confirmations,
calendar invites, and reminders to both candidates and client panels.
◆ Manage last-minute
rescheduling, no-shows, and panel conflicts to ensure business continuity.
◆ Collect structured
interview feedback promptly and share with all relevant stakeholders.
6. Candidate Closing & Offer Management
◆ Manage end-to-end offer
process including offer rollout, negotiation, and acceptance confirmation.
◆ Handle counter-offer
situations with consultative candidate engagement to secure commitment.
◆ Execute pre-joining
check-ins to maintain candidate warmth and reduce last-minute drop-outs.
◆ Escalate joining risks
proactively and implement contingency plans to protect client delivery.
7. Data Management & MIS Reporting
◆ Maintain meticulous records
in ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases at all times.
◆ Prepare and circulate
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering pipeline health, submissions,
interviews, offers, and joinings.
◆ Track and analyse key
metrics: TAT (Turnaround Time), offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and
funnel conversion.
◆ Ensure complete data
hygiene, compliance, and audit-readiness across all recruitment documentation.

◆ Advanced Boolean search,
X-Ray search, and social recruiting techniques.
◆ Hands-on experience with
ATS platforms and recruitment CRM tools.
◆ Strong ability to evaluate
both IT and Non-IT profiles across levels.
◆ Proficiency in MS Excel /
Google Sheets for data management, dashboards, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications
& Eligibility
◆ Bachelor's degree in any
discipline; MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
◆ 6 to 8 years of proven
end-to-end domestic staffing / recruitment experience — MANDATORY.
◆ Prior experience in a Lead
Recruiter or Senior Recruiter role with client-facing responsibility.
◆ Experience across both IT
and Non-IT domestic hiring verticals will be an added advantage.
◆ Demonstrated track record
of independently closing niche or high-volume mandates within TAT.
