engagement directly with individuals and consumers. You will blend online
marketing (social media, content, paid campaigns) with on-ground physical

▸ Plan, create, and
publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to
attract end users
▸ Run targeted paid ad
campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to reach specific consumer demographics and
interests
▸ Monitor social media
trends and adapt content strategy to maximize reach and engagement
▸ Grow organic followers
and build a loyal community around the brand and its products
▸ Respond to comments,
DMs, and user queries to build trust and engagement with the audience
Physical & Field Marketing
▸ Plan and execute boot
camps, road shows, stalls, and on-ground marketing activations in Vadodara
▸ Represent the brand at
college fests, community events, exhibitions, and public gatherings
▸ Distribute promotional
material, conduct demos, and interact directly with potential users
▸ Coordinate with local
communities, institutions, and groups to expand physical reach
User Acquisition & App
Subscription Growth
▸ Drive downloads and
subscriptions for mobile apps and digital services among individual users
▸ Design and execute
referral programs, offers, and incentives to onboard new users rapidly
▸ Create targeted
campaigns segmented by age, interest, location, and behaviour to maximize
conversions
▸ Track user acquisition
cost (UAC) and work to optimize campaign ROI continuously
Content Creation &
Storytelling
▸ Create short-form video
content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories) to showcase product features and user
benefits
▸ Write compelling
captions, ad copy, landing page content, and promotional messaging for target
audiences
▸ Collaborate with the
design team to produce eye-catching creatives, banners, and campaign assets
▸ Develop testimonial
content, user stories, and case studies to build social proof
Analytics & Reporting
▸ Track key marketing KPIs
— impressions, reach, clicks, CTR, app installs, conversions, and subscriber
growth
▸ Use tools like Meta
Business Suite, Google Analytics, and app dashboards to measure campaign
performance
▸ Provide weekly marketing
activity reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
