Description
A kitchen team member will follow guidelines set out by the company and the kitchen manager. This is a position where you will be on you feet the entire shift. Responsible for filling food warmers through the day, maintaining quality, and making orders as they come in from walk-ins to on-line ordering. There will be prep work, dishes, organization, and cleanliness involved in your day to day processes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively complete a kitchen shift
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory purposes
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipe development
